The Problem With Equality Is That It's Just Vague

I think the thing with equality is that it's kind of just vague enough and just similar enough to that goal that it allows you to basically perpetuate your organization despite like not being really good at your job, right? And because what's happening here is like, if you say, okay, we want to achieve these outcomes and then you try to do it and then you fail, then you've just failed. But if you, if the goal is in pursuit of equality, then this is just kind of an endless fight. You can set up the doom loop already. Right, exactly. You can't be right.
