Grayscale or DCG could sell grayscale for like 400 to 500 million to the right buyer. They could do things like negotiate with Genesis creditors to roll the debt into DCG warrants so that they would have a senior claim on the cash flow of the trust. And then the Goldilocks scenario for JBC holders is if grayscale went to the SEC and asked for a Reg M relief. That would allow GBC shareholders to redeem shares at a one to one ratio.
