As a sales person, i could just imagine ing into any company that would have this mapped out at a level two or a level three. And then looking at the initial product where it has all the pain relievers and the gain boosters. What's the main one is the product features. We talk about products and services, the bundle of products and services. And they relieve pains and they create gains. It's only in context of a specific customer's segment. So you shift the customer's segment, all of a sudden, the same products and services crade zero value, the trivial one.
