i was asked to speak at a google eventi walked in and larry page was on stage. They told me they wanted me to explain how i would run google as an organizational psychologist. And this was exactly the point i made them. What if you did what greusburg calls a lift out, and you hired entire teams? I'm a big fan of this. It seems insanely convaluted. But i think it makes a lot of sense.
