Leroy Williams-Fenson was a renowned aviator and close friend of his father's. He wanted to smuggle the Russian MiG-23 out of Egypt for US military purposes. His daughter, Paula, knows this story first-hand through her own memories. She also has access to journals that he left behind during their time together. The C5 Galaxy is an aircraft capable of transporting large cargo over long distances. On one hand, it's not very subtle - most people would describe it as a screaming sound. And you can guarantee the Russians were listening. But it's perhaps his only option.
