I'm Better Than That

I had a weird experience a couple of years ago. Been involved in the church and doing tons of stuff for a very, very long time. But there was pride that I was wrestling with about it being to gimmicky and cheesy of too much testosterone. My mentor who, while he was dealing with submission to authority things a while back,. God prompted me through a message of someone else that I have a lot of people that I take advice from but I don't ever completely submitted to given someone complete authority over spiritual authority over my life.
