Do We Need to Add More Bedrooms?
Vancouver's real estate market has slowed down in recent months. The city is trying to keep up with the demand for new housing, but developers are being held back by a lack of land and fees. Mayor Gregor Robertson: We need to focus more on how we're going to add two and three bedroom units at scale. He says that as long as people pay what it costs to build they should be able to live there.
