I'll show you a chart on why I think there will be a huge building boom in China relative to the last couple of years. The dark blue chart is the really change in the price of credit in China. And we've seen a sharp rebound in the dark blue line, meaning that credit is now available to an extent not seen in a few years. It also means that inflation could resurface in Europe and in the US with the time lag to this construction boom in China if I'm right.
