The Importance of Being in the Energy of Your Inner World

Is there value to work with that five-year-old when you're in that space, or are you to, in the emotional point when you pop there that you can't do real work? So the answer to that is yes and no. In the beginning, it's very difficult to do the work because there's a part of you that's in judgment of that space at the same time as you're in it. Later in your process, as you've gotten through the judgment and you've been able to release that, being in the energy of it can be useful. But only if you can fully give yourself permission to do it.
