Understanding the Depth of the Problem

Ra, you see a problem has so much depth to it, and the response is normally performative. Public prisons use third and fourth grade reading levels to determine how many prison beds they will need in the future. There's someone right now that has developed a p and l based upon third and fourth graters not being able to read. You think about the history of police patrols in america, and how police patrols were created to round up and take slaves back to the plantation that had escaped. And so when you look at the evolution of an institution and the culture of that said institution then you see that this is a much bigger problem than what's being said.
