The Rabbit Proof Fence
The Rabbit Proof Fence is a fence in Western Australia that was built to stop rabbits. The earliest European settlers to Australia were convicts and they're keepers. By the mid-1800s, more affluent English people were starting to settle there as well. A lot of them brought animals and plants from home with them to try to make Australia feel more like England.
