retirement planning is one of these things that i think that you need to be working on a very, very, very long time. When you're 20 or something, you don't need to be worried about what your spending plan is going to look like when you're 60. You can do the smart things like live below your means and build those good habits. And then as you get closer and things become clearer and clearer, you can kind of fine tune it.
