What's Your Ideal Work Image?
Being calm and encouraging action without coming off like bossy is a big one. A lot of ixects tend to be really good at this, but junior level employees also need to learn how to do it. It's something that i think i've become a little bit more comfortable with in the last few years. So those two things, think, are top of mind for me for an ideal work image.
