If you've got high self efficacy, I can kind of go through that in a bit more if you like, hide perceived control or a high sense of perceived control. And that kind of approach motivation together will then benefit those and the kind of resources to tip that balance in favor of a challenge state. So it's really important to think about how we can draw on previous performance accomplishments, use things like imagery or self talk for example. For care, as experiences, seeing people in our kind of direct environment, similar ability, have done well is also helpful.
