There's some evidence that when you start to create these high skilled, knowledge intensive jobs of the kind that you know, you and your colleagues do at entrena, first, you do seed around you the creation of many more jobs. But a large portion of them tend to be low skill, low wage jobs in the kind of service sector rather than the sort of higher skill and support services that you need. We have to look beyond the raw job count and look at what kind of mobility does it afford the person who has that job? And right where are they able to go? Do they get the training and the support they need to progress in their ambition? i think tha there is
