Do You Have the Attitude to Learn Fast?
If you don't have the attitude to get things done, then it's not very useful for me if you are a smart cookie. Getting something done is a teamwork and whether it is teamwork within the company or with external partners. If that person has very high amount of energy and very strong ambition, you know, to grow and to learn. This learning fast thing is something that cannot be taught in schools and colleges. And similarly, you can do whatever is the role that is being given to you in a startup. But if you don’t have the attitude, you could be a topper from IIT Bombay, but if you don' t have the ability to bring people along
