The Importance of Multiple Redundancies in Trading
Aaron: We have a pilot co-pilot system redundancies everywhere within the trading process, checklists to where we have to have two people looking at the trades. If you need Wayne and Tyler, which generally it is, or if one person's out, then I will have to cover with traders out of Chicago. But what it also allows you to do is Wayne can go on vacation, like Tyler can gone on vacation, and they don't have to worry about things being taken care of. And that's why working as a team is incredibly conducive to that.
