Football coaches are always worried about wrestlers losing weight not lifting any football coach that says that is an idiot. I would put them on Mass Made Simple it was six weeks we were into the pre-season when these guys were still so we had to juggle days. When they came out wrestling we didn't need to do things like farmer walk suitcase carries and a whole bunch of other stuff. If you read Mass Made Simple one of my pieces of advice is to lose weight before you do the program because your body once you've been wrestling season may see go then when you stop your body goes.
