Neurogenic Erectile Dysfunction?

A lot of these guys have both issues. It's pretty uncommon to find a guy walking around there in his 60s that does not have some degree of cardiovascular disease. And they may or may not respond to a PD-5 inhibitor. But it's important to know that if these drugs are not working, you should be thinking could this be neurogenic in etiology? Could it potentially be hypogonatism contributing? We know that PD-5 inhibitors in a man who is hypogonatal work better when combined with testosterone replacement therapy.
