Is There a Functional Ontology?

Dr. Michael Bird is academic dean, postgraduate coordinator and lecturer in theology at Ridley College in Melbourne, Australia. He grew up in Brisbane before joining the army and serving as a paratrooper, intelligence operator, and then chaplain's assistant. Mike has also lived a diverse and diverting non-academic life; he runs a very popular blog, Youon Gellion,. He has even dared to write a novel and perhaps even more shockingly since he's a biblical scholar. He's written a systematic theology of sorts under the title Evangelical Theology. And so here to be congratulated there, Mike, on crossing over and making that difficult leap into systematics.
