I think it's really important to have both the technical know how of actually knowing how to produce but then also being able to be you know a nice guy and us to want to talk to you and hang out with you. So I was going to say interpersonal skills are almost just as important as like say the technical know-how? Yeah definitely. Would you agree? 100% yeah. Initially you have to treat it like a job and then the extra bits around that you go actually we all get on and there's a natural chemistry and we all kind of fit. You need decisions to be made quickly in live broadcast so quite often in live broadcast there's things which happen very quickly and sometimes
