Are Progressives in a Tough Position?
The letter was drafted by a group of, I think, at the time, you know, a couple dozen house progressives back over June or July. Now it's a really tough position that they're in because there are some prominent progressives in the House and Senate who have disavowed this letter. The blowback from more establishment Democrats was so vicious that they decided to kind of well blame the staffer and say we didn't intend to release it.
