Is the High Bar for Rates Going Up?
Rates is always something that investors get very nervous about if rates start to move up. This year you've had these microcosms of rates moving up. I don't know where rates are going to go, and i do think they're going to be long, lower, longer. But what is low, right? Is it always going to be sub one %? Is it going to be two %? Two % is still pretty low. Threeper cent pretty low,. in the history of rates, in terms of looking at it all.
