Are My Qualifications Biblical?

Don't discount the guy because he's older than what you were thinking. You know, a five or 10 or 15 year pastor, it may be exactly with this guy, maybe really good for your church. I'm going to almost every time say take the risk man, grab the 28 year old guy. And yeah, he's going to make some mistakes because of his age. But the Lord could do tremendous things through him.
