The Decca Period
The Nice was very blatantly about a drug dealer, and somehow managed to reach number 12 despite that. A week before it came out, Decca released a single, Patons, from material they had in the vault. From this point on, the group's catalogue would be a complete mess. With an endless stream of compilations coming out, both from Decca and after the group's split from Immediate, mixing tracks intended for release with demos and jam sessions.
