How Did You Decide to Write a Book on Your Career?

Max Moskowitz: I was on the startup team of the first company that Amazon eventually bought and really saw the power of customer experience, both negative and positive. He then ended up partnering with a friend and building one of the first customer experience consultancies out there called Creative Good which he was CEO of for 15 years. Along the way, though, you know, I was always a conflicted consultant, right? And so along the way, I built the councils, which is the private leadership development community I have run for 20 years actually.
