Is There a Lifestyle Factor That Causes Negative Epigenetic Changes?

When we are born, when the egg and sperm of our mom and dad fuse together, this produces stem cells. And stem cells are epigenetically naked cells. They don't have epigenetic marks to instruct the cells about which genes to turn on or off. So they can potentially become any type of cell. These epigenetic marks that are established very early in life during our fetal development tend to be written with a pen to be irreversible. We don't want our air to turn into skin.
