How to Get Richer Levels of Feedback From a Survey
If you are producing something that's going out to a very large audience and want to collect feedback from the broader group, the signal you can get there is going to be important. I think it really comes down to the situation here, though. If you can talk to some one directly, you are going get a richer level of feedback, typically, than you will from a survey. But i think it depends on your scenario.
