The biggest thing, of course, is going to be fluids and conserving fluids. If someone is trialing fluids in this type of patient, you don't want to give a giant bullet. Be careful about using root like sub-Q, because they are not getting a ton of that perfusion on their extremities. So, things like in plendrites, or even heparin drifts for like DDT prophylaxis.
