A man cut Kira and her friends off three times on their way to the car. The first time he passed them like a normal person walking faster than us would, albeit a little close. He did this weird directionally slant walk to cross the street and go in the opposite direction again. We got to our car pretty fast after that and practically picked up the dogs to get them inside of it.
