What I Learned as a Buds Instructor

When I was going through buds as a student it was just kegging the balls keying the ass and just spit you out ready for real seal training right so when you go up there as an instructor and you have to dish out these punishments you have to do all the stuff. It's almost like I couldn't believe that it is possible to make through it almost thinking like these people have balls but they aren't unable to quit even if they wanted to because their brain is already said I'm going to make it  I'm going to go through it. The most difficult part of my work in cell teams what are cell teams? Wasn't sure how to answer, struggled to describe
