There's some uncertainty how long this is going to stay at that level. And i think we're a bit nervous about some of the pricing of projects, so em in turms that might by slightly overvalued. For us to deliver shareholder value, we have to find projects that are cheap which are harder and harder to come by. So actually, by doing this transaction, we haven't sold our asset. We've sold partweewe’ve the assets bein sold into, reversed into new company in which we' got a cash consideration.
