The universe is just a place in which stuff happens. There's nothing about the laws of physics that can make an individual be morally culpable for any of their actions. I know it sounds very profound, but it may or may not be deterministic. It doesn't really matter whether or not the universe is deterministic Doesn't change the fact that deep down, there's nothing aboutthe laws of physics That can make anindividual be morally culpABLE for any of Their actions.
