Padcast is a little bit like radio, where we have to be engaged. The comfort of the chair makes you less interested in talking about it. Stools are designed for to be beside a folkin bar - yet no one sits on them by itself. As a person of size especially, there is nothing less dignified than climbing up onto a high stool with nothing around it. And i've been forced into it too many times, and i'm not going to be quiet about it any more.
