Walter victor was a labor leader who became international affairs director for the whole c i o in the fifties. He died in 19 70, when his private jet crashed in northern michigan. There is a tremendous amount of mystery about what happened to him and how it came to be that he passed away. Yetno: I really think he's probably the best national labor leader the us ever produced.
