I read this book by Reed Hastings, no rules rules. He talks about building a culture that's very self organized when you don't need a lot of approvals. And his explanation was that with the higher talent density, people are more motivated to perform better. So I was wondering how that informs decision making or when you want to build a halo credit organization.Yeah, this is great. The collarcacies goal is minimally sufficient just in time clarity of rules process roles anyway. Depends on the talent density, right? If you have a very high talent density, you're going to need less clarity because people know how to just get stuff done. It also depends on other things
