The Importance of Being Strong and Courageous

Joshua 1, 8: Joshua is commanded this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth. But you shall meditate on it day and night. Then just two verses later in verse 11, we find Joshua basically repeating the words of verse 2 to the people of Israel. He's already fulfilling the command that the Lord has given him in chapter one verse eight. And then the troops say yes. You know, it's kind of this funny, funny moment where they're like, yeah, we'll obey you just like we always obey Moses.
