Is There a Balance of Power Shifting?

The demand for employees remains, but I think companies are going to start being more reluctant to meet those demands. If the balance of power shifts, and in particular, if there's a broader recession, then you could imagine employers maybe not catering to employees in the same way. The other way that this could spin out is actually this great reallocation of talent away from these tech companies. It's not just technology expertise that will go to the broader economy.
