Don't inform me, inspire me. That's not to say that information isn't important. But I think sometimes as leaders, we get more swayed with information than we do inspiration. So even in meetings, whether it's just five people, let's talk, bring something that shows, are we winning? And stories help us understand that we're winning. What does it look like when we win?
