I think a key part of that is that expectations piece because especially in our day and age where your expectations are. Like you said, the best power lift is the best bodybuilders. So it's better to lean on the literature and say, well, okay, so let's assume that their response is about three times better than the average or three times faster than the average. Then where does that put me relative to the average, not the exception? And then once you have that expectation working from that standpoint of, have you been doing it long enough? I think it's great because again, like you said, program hopping isn't necessarily completely wrong but if you're doing it too frequently
