I'm really big on being as transparent as possible with everything, probably a little bit more transparent than people might be used to or might want. But I think that keeping information private when it doesn't have to be, it's creating such a big missed opportunity for growth for everyone. And then the other thing too is I'mreally big on public channels for pretty much every aspect of work. We have a channel for every project the engineering team is working on different like marketing initiatives. So these two things work very well together.
