How to Manage Consultants

A lot of times as a consultant, you're like the go to guy on a lot of things. The fun is that does step on employees toes because a lot of times they get stuck with kind of garbage work while you're out there blazing the way. But on the flip side, the frustrating part of it is, you know, you're kind of a disposable commodity. You'll be relied on and you'll be leaned on heavily. Oh, yeah, you will.
