The Importance of Primary Endpoints in a Diagnostic Study

The primary endpoint of diagnosis, statistically significantly better. But in the secondary, no difference in mortality. Now that is what we care about at the end of this, right? A patient centered outcome as opposed to a diagnosis centered outcome. If there was even a sniff of benefit in the mortality, I would say, well, listen, we might not get this study done again or it would be great if we do get it done again.
