The objective of marketing and sales is to create an emotional response. If you don't get fired up about something, there's really not going to be any commitment to change or to invest time in a deal. So anyway, I will wrap up a little bit by just saying the number of times Carl has told me he's going to try to go outbound and email folks and then not have done anything. It's like literally dies on the vine two days later.
