The probabilities have shifted to 50 50 of no hike in 25 basis points. The technicals are hanging on by a thread. We went from, oh my God, rates are going to go up forever to capitulation here. Now I wonder how much of crude oil declining oil prices going down could be affecting stocks resilience as well.
