The Importance of a Happy Workload

A happy workload is important, as opposed to sitting on the couch where possible. Long-term rest can be really helpful for the tendon in the early stages from high load activities. High loads associated with energy storage activities like fast running are more provocative. We want to limit how long we take an athlete away from such activities.
