Benjamin Pite cell's rotting body was found on the second floor of his apartment. The last person to see him alive besides homes was a delivery boy who had brought a message that day. An inquest in the corner Dr. William Scott testified, quote, I went to the house expecting to find a man burned to death or blown to death by an explosion. Instead, we found the face discolored and distorted or full of pools. It just didn't make sense to him as it was being presented as an accident.
