I would say we use the language, which is helpful. I have to realize in the organization, if I try to make everything better all the time, nothing will actually get better because I'll just exhaust and ignore everyone. So yeah, we have used that language for years and it's helpful. And even in the company, I think people will like, look, I don't make this better. It's funny when she and my son will go to the store together, they're both right ways. They come back with all of the things or none of the things.So let me ask you a question then. If everything you see, you can make better or want to make better
