The leaders position the leaders role is actually very crucial in any kind of team and hence the company or organization. There are also some statistics that you quoted about if a manager is not effective or not elevated It impacts the team. Unfortunately most leaders don't operate from a really high level of vertical development or altitude Thanks for sharing this I was quite intrigued by these statistic numbers that you quoted.
