And i'd like the idea of the natural movement patterns and er and letting people developed the way they want. When i was a kid, i was very much into agility, staff and dancing, and i corographed my own group exercise classes. But iso developed some pretty terrible habits of and glut activation that i didn't realize until i had physio as an adult.
